About Gentor Machinery
Gentor Machinery is the trading name of Zhengzhou Gentor Machinery Co., Ltd., based in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. We are a manufacturer and exporter of machines for rice, grain, forage, groundnut and livestock feed processing, plus tractors and motor graders for field and site work. Part of the range is manufactured in our partner factories; part is sourced from specialist makers.
What we supply
Eight machine families cover the work our buyers do: rice mills, seed planters, harvesting and picking machinery, hullers, feed pellet machines, chaff cutters, motor graders and tractors. Each family is quoted from a one-set minimum order, so a farm can start with one machine and expand as volume grows.
The supply model is deliberately simple. We quote per set, agree the trade term with the buyer, and ship from Zhengzhou. Machines are quoted with the specification that suits the buyer's crop, power supply and volume rather than sold as a single standard configuration.
How we work with buyers
Enquiries are answered directly, in English, and typically within about two hours during China Standard Time working hours. We ask for the same three pieces of information every time, because they decide the answer: what the machine will process, the volume or area involved, and the power supply or field conditions on site.
Production orders support minor customisation and drawing-based customisation, so a machine can be matched to an existing line or an unusual crop instead of forcing the buyer to adapt their operation to a catalogue item.
Quality control
Raw material identification and traceability, and finished product inspection, are the two quality-control steps we operate. Both are declared on our supplier profile, and the finished product inspection is the step that decides whether a machine ships or is reworked.
Assembly capacity is spread across three partner factories, which is also declared on the supplier profile. Buyers who want to know which factory will build their machine can ask, and we will confirm it with the quotation.
Why our published fact sheet is short
We publish only figures we can point to a source for: the employee count and the founding year, both confirmed by the owner, and the partner-factory count, as declared on our supplier profile. We deliberately do not publish an export-country count or a certificate number on this website. Neither is documented in a form we can publish yet, and a number we cannot substantiate is worth less than no number at all.
What we do publish is checkable: the machine models and their published throughput and power figures, the one-set minimum order, the response time and the assessment status. Ask for the underlying document for any of them and we will send it.
