Questions about ordering and shipping

Written answers, not marketing copy. Where something depends on your country or your machine, we say so and tell you what we need to confirm it.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One set for every machine family on this site, including harvesters, motor graders and tractors. A few smaller implements, such as the handheld press seeder, carry a nine-set minimum, and that is stated on the product itself.

How are prices quoted?

Per set, on FOB or CIF terms against your destination port. The unit prices published on our listings are indicative starting points; the confirmed price depends on configuration, quantity and route, so every order is quoted individually before you commit.

How long does production and delivery take?

Lead time is confirmed in writing with the quotation, because it depends on the model and on production at the time of order. We give the lead time on the quotation rather than a blanket figure that would be wrong half the time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is agreed per order. Orders placed through our supplier profile are additionally covered by the platform trade-assurance protection programme, which holds the payment until the agreed terms are met.

What warranty comes with a machine?

Warranty is confirmed per model on the quotation. The motor grader listings publish a one-year warranty. Wear parts such as screens, belts, dies and knives are consumables and are not covered by a warranty in the usual sense.

Can you customise a machine for my crop or power supply?

Yes. Minor customisation and drawing-based customisation are offered on production orders. Power supply matching is routine: tell us the voltage, phase and frequency at your site and the motor is specified to suit it rather than supplied as a standard unit.

Do you supply spare parts after the sale?

Yes. Wear parts can be ordered with the machine or reordered later. Quote the model and part name, and send a photograph if you are not sure which item has worn out, and we will confirm availability and the shipping option.

How do I get a quotation?

Send the model you are interested in, the quantity, and your destination port through WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this site. If you are not sure which model fits, describe the job, the volume and your power supply instead, and we will recommend one.

Can I visit or see the factory?

Third-party assessment material and on-site inspection media for the factory can be sent to a buyer on request. Tell us what you need to see and we will send the available material, or arrange a video walkthrough of the relevant production area.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally and quote against your destination port. Send the port and the model and we will confirm the practical shipping method and any documentation the route needs. Import duties and clearance at destination are handled by your own broker.
